Waikato Badminton is a not-for-profit organisation that develops, promotes and governs the sport of badminton within Waikato. We make badminton accessible as a sport, health and recreation activity to people of all ages and abilities. Waikato Badminton also has a proud history of delivering programs and activities from grassroots through to high performance.
Our programme
Welcome to our Autumn Holiday Programme this coming April!
When you join you will be able to learn and master new skills, play badminton, meet new people and engage in a variety of activities.
Participants will be split into two groups (younger and older), groups will rotate between badminton lessons and games, and activities and team challenges.
Make sure to bring snacks, lunches, drink bottles, sport shoes or non marking shoes, badminton gear and lots of energy!
Don't worry if you don't have a racket, we have one you can borrow.
What you need to know
Ages: 6-15 years old
Where: Eastlink Badminton Stadium, 60 Old Farm Road, Hamilton East, 3216
When: Tuesday 7th - Thursday 9th April and Tuesday 14th - Thursday 16th April.
What time: 9:00am - 3:15pm - Doors will open at 8:45am, please sign in at the foyer.
Cost: $55 per day per child (family discount applied for 2 or more children)
