Beginners Pole Fitness Trial
Interested in trying Pole class without committing to a full Intro 6 week course. This is the perfect opportunity: a rare one off drop in class.
Within this 45min class you will learn basic spins, how to sit and climb dance movements, and more. Move your body, have fun with like minded people.
No prior fitness or dance experience needed. These session are designed to give you a taste of what to expect within week one of our Intro course.
