Kerry Brown is an experienced teacher of gentle yoga, yin yoga, and chair yoga. She has a great knowledge of how the body works, and how chronic conditions affect the body, from her background as a Dietitian.
She teaches classes in a comfortable home studio in Pukete, multiple retirement villages, Chartwell Cooperating Church, Abundance studio (City Fitness), and the upcoming new O-Studio.
Her philosophy is to do what feels right for your body, as we are all different. Yoga is an individual activity (not a competitive sport!). She believes everybody can do yoga - despite any physical limitations you may have.

Then this is the class for you.
Classes alternate between Rejuvenating and Yin. Breath is the focus as we move through gentle poses, helping reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and leaving you feeling balanced and calm.
All women of any level of yoga experience are welcome. My passion is helping those who may have injuries or parts of the body they need to be careful with. Anybody can do yoga.
Maximum class size is 8, so you can be sure Kerry will give individual attention when needed.
