Inner You Studio is a private strength and conditioning facility based in Hamilton, focused on building strong, confident women through structured training and a supportive community.
Our primary offering, Girls Club, is a women-only strength training group designed to be beginner-friendly while still delivering high-quality coaching and long-term progression. Sessions run in a private environment, with the gym closed to the public during class times to create a safe, non-intimidating space.
Girls Club combines:
Structured strength programming delivered in progressive blocks

Our facility is equipped with multiple squat racks, barbells, and competition-standard equipment, allowing members to train in a space that supports both general strength goals and pathways into powerlifting.
We work with a wide range of women, from complete beginners to competitive lifters, with a strong focus on long-term development rather than short-term results. Our goal is to create a space where women feel empowered to show up, be coached, and build strength both physically and mentally.
Inner You Studio also has experience hosting local powerlifting competitions and community-based training initiatives, and we are passionate about continuing to grow opportunities for women in strength sport within the Waikato region.

Most of the women you see lifting confidently in our space started exactly where you are now. You don’t need to be strong to start - you just need to start!
Beginner friendly: You don’t need any experience to start
Women-only environment: The gym is closed during sessions to create a safe, supportive space
Session times: Monday - Wednesday at 6am or 6pm
Coached sessions: Every session is run by a coach - you’re never left on your own
App access: Follow your programme, track progress, and stay accountable outside the gym
Full gym access: Members receive a keytag for 7-day access outside of class times
Community focused: Expect a welcoming environment where everyone supports each other
