Qi Gong Tai Chi classes

About us

Originating in ancient China, Qi Gong and Tai Chi Chuan are effective exercise methods for health of mind and body. Although an art with great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easily learned and soon delivers its health benefits. The essential principles include mind integrated with the body; fluidity of the movements; balance, breathing; and mental relaxation. Tai Chi is a sequence of movements combined to a form and Qi Gong is based on the therapeutic meridian flow and Qi field. Both methods have the focus  to enable the Qi or life force to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body.

Zen Tao Tai Chi and Qi Gong has been established in 2001. Classes are held Wednesdays at 6 pm, starting for beginners on 30. April. 

Our programme

Qi Gong and Tai Chi are effective exercise methods for health of mind and body. Both originate from China and liked to Traditional Chinese Medicine. The essential principles include mind integrated with the body; fluidity of the movements; balance, breathing and mental relaxation. Qi Gong is harmonising the meridians and Tai Chi is a sequence of movements combined into a form. The central focus is to enable the Qi or life force to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body. 

Classes start  ( beginners welcome) 

When: Wednesday 30. April at 6pm - 7 pm
