About us

With years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry under their belt, upon entering motherhood Ren and Jen were shocked about the state of the fitness industry and what was on offer to mums. They combined their passion and expertise to lead a change in New Zealand's fitness space, offering real talk, simplified messages, achievable goals, and more fun.

Our Mission

Deliver a program full of variety that caters to all women. A progressive pathway for women to be able to heal postpartum, return safely to exercise, and get to where they want to be.

Our programme

Our 20-30 minute workouts can be done at home and you won't need any special equipment. Our timetable is designed for all women, with high intensity interval training (HIIT), low impact, pelvic floor and core restore, barre style and yoga, as well as pregnancy-safe options. Feel confident knowing you have the guidance of qualified trainers and MOVE into the best version of you!
