I am a Personal Coach. I offer THUMP Boxing (for fitness) coaching, among other forms of coaching, in small groups, or one on one. This provides a great fitness routine for participants, using the basics of boxing in a controlled and safe environment. It is suitable for all ages, genders, and fitness levels!
