We primarily teach and work to refine the movements of Taoist Tai Chi, which has a health and wellbeing focus.
There are branches/locations throughout New Zealand.
Ongoing instruction about Taoist Tai Chi, the moves of the set, the foundation moves, and the society. The sessions are open to anyone to come along, have a chat, maybe have a go.

Loose fitting clothing and flat shoes should be worn, and a water bottle for warm days
