About us

We primarily teach and work to refine the movements of Taoist Tai Chi, which has a health and wellbeing focus.

There are branches/locations throughout New Zealand.

Our programme

Ongoing instruction about Taoist Tai Chi, the moves of the set, the foundation moves, and the society. The sessions are open to anyone to come along, have a chat, maybe have a go.

Wednesdays 10am till 11am - Continuing

Wednesdaya 11am till 12pm - Beginners

Wednesdaya 06pm till 07pm - Continuing

What you need to know

Loose fitting clothing and flat shoes should be worn.

Costs

Membership

The first have a go sessions are free then there is a membership subscription to belong to the society, a standard cost or a reduced cost for those on a limited budget.

There are payment options such as annual payment, 2 x 6 monthly, or 12 x monthly. The first two options have the advantage of providing a slight discounted rate.
