The Taupo Western Riding Club is a welcoming community for horse enthusiasts interested in Western riding disciplines.Located in Taupō, the club offers a range of activities and events throughout the year, fostering skill development and camaraderie among riders.

Taupo western riding club:

• has ranch horse running every month 2nd weekend of the month all welcome
• have clinics running and teaching people skills with their horses
• run a January show with a youth camp with horses in January
• October - run ranch horse clinic and show
• lots of events held at this venue

Our programme

Events And Clinics:​

• Monthly Ranch Horse Events: Held on the second weekend of each month, these events are open to all riders.

• Clinics: Regular clinics are conducted to teach and enhance riding skills. ​

• Annual January Show and Youth Camp: An eventful start to the year with shows and a youth camp focusing on horse riding. ​

• October Ranch Horse Clinic and Show: A dedicated clinic and show event held in October. ​
