Welcome to Te Kauwhata Bowling Club. Our Clubrooms & Green are at 6 Waerenga Road, adjoining Aparangi Lifestyle Village. Club Day Bowls are usually played on Tuesday and Saturday mornings (September thru to April), names in by 9.15 for 9.30am start. Tuesday after-college/work play, available on demand.

What you need to know
Bowling is an all-round sport that requires strategy and guile although it's not physically stressful, and of course it is very social. It is non-contact and non-aerobic and we cater for ALL ages and sizes, so it's especially suitable for families to participate in together.
We enjoy hosting groups of new-bowlers (and experienced bowlers) who would like to use Bowls as a social or team-building activity. Recent groups have been Schools, Sports committees, Businesses for end-of-year get togethers a outside), darts, board games etc.
If you are visually-impaired, hearing impaired, it need not restrict your ability to bowl, and you can even play from a sitting-position if needed.
