Arriving for your class:
Please arrive a few minutes early for your class. Pop your gear & drink bottle away, head upstairs & wait for a coach to call you down. We do this for safety and to ease congestion in the downstairs area when classes are finishing up. If you find you have arrived and another class has just come off the floor please wait out of the way so as not to cause delays. If you arrive and your class has already started please report to the Session Manager to have your name marked off the roll and they will direct you where to go.
Parents/visitors to the gym:
We do not allow parents on the gymnasium floor unless this has been approved by the Session Manager in advance. We have limited space on the floor and this can often be distracting for the children. All siblings and young visitors must supervised and must kept off the gymnastics floor & equipment. If you have a child who is shy, please let the Session Manager know and we can take them onto the floor for you. If you would like to stay while your child’s class is on, we have seating upstairs. You are welcome to drop your children off and pick them up again at the end of their class. We have all your contact details on the online database so please make sure your phone numbers and emails are kept updated so we can contact you if we need to.
What to wear:
Carpark:
The carpark is located at the back of the building where you enter the gym. Please take care when driving & parking we have lots of activity in this area & need everyone to be safe.
Please do not park in our designated staff parking.
