Upright & Active is a class that focuses on balance and strength,. This class is ideal for people of the third generation and/or anyone recovering from injury. All ages and abilities are welcome. These classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.30-11.00am.
I tend to tailor the class differently each session so that everyone is doing something right for them.
Your participation in the class can be seated or standing. We include cardio, strength training and balance within each class.
